Payments/Refunds:

All of our stylists collect payments independently. We accept credit cards as well as cash. Please contact your stylist directly for any questions.

Cancellations + No Shows:

If you’re unable to make your appointment, you may cancel directly with your stylist up top 72 hours from your appointment time. We understand that things can happen last minute we just ask that you let your stylist know.

Late Policy:

If you are going to be more then 15 minutes late please let your stylist know. It could result in a shortened service time. If you are more than 30 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment, but please contact your stylist directly. 

Additional Guest / Kids:

We kindly ask that additional guests and children, if not receiving a service themselves, are not brought along to the appointment. We want to maintain a safe and relaxing environment for all of our guests and staff. 

At Copal, guest satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your hair, please contact your stylist within a 2 week period. Your stylist will offer a complimentary adjustment as long as it does not include a change from what was discussed in the original consultation. We do not offer refunds for our services.

If cancelled MORE THAN 72 hours you will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

Haircut and color appointments CANCELLED 24 HOURS OR LESS or a no-show will be charged 100% of the service you booked.
